Reporting a bug

1. In Shapeaway, open Settings and choose Save a report…. Choose a folder.
2. The zip holds a readme (your Shapeaway version and system), the logs, your settings, the last autosave and any crash dump.
3. Write down what you did, what you expected, and what happened.
4. Email it to us with the zip attached.

After a crash, Shapeaway offers to save the same report the next time it starts.

Privacy

Nothing is sent automatically, ever. The zip includes your last autosave, which is your sculpt; take it out first if it’s private.
