Paint
Brushes colour onto the clay. Unpainted clay shows the clay colour, so changing the clay colour still works after painting.

How to use it
Section titled “How to use it”- Pick a colour and swatches in the Tool tab; Fill all paints the whole object and Clear paint removes it.
- The mask protects areas from paint as well as from sculpting.
- Paint from photo brushes colour from a matched photograph instead of the plain colour (see Photo projection).
Modifiers
Section titled “Modifiers”| Hold | Effect |
|---|---|
| Ctrl or the pen’s eraser | Has no inverse; use Clear paint or paint over. |
| Shift | No change: Shift doesn’t swap Paint or Mask to Smooth. |
Size and strength: [ and ] (or Ctrl + mouse wheel) change the size, - and = the strength. With a pen, pressure sets both, through the pressure curve.
