STL and 3MF are written in millimetres at real size. To print at another size, set an export height before exporting; 0 means real size. The status bar shows the model’s size at all times.

STL is written Z up, the way slicers expect. 3MF is placed on the build plate.

Choose Each object when exporting to write one STL per part, named after the objects.

For multi-colour printing, export one 3MF with everything in it instead, so all the parts share one set of filaments. See Opening your 3MF in Bambu Studio, OrcaSlicer and PrusaSlicer.
